We are very pleased that you want to spend more time enjoying at Amanaki.
Here are our early check-in or late check-out policies:

• Early check-in after 09:00 AM is at 50% of the one-night room rate.

• Early check-in before 9:00 is at 100% of the one-night room rate.

• Late check-out before 18:00 is at 50% of the one-night room rate.

• Late check-out after 18:00 at 100% of the one-night room rate.

• Please be noted that early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.

To guarantee your reservation, full payment (or a 50% deposit) must be settled at least 3 days prior to check-in.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards, cash, bank transfers, and online payment links (Onepay).

Cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
•
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged for the first night.
•
No-shows will be charged for all nights' room rates and are non-refundable.

A maximum of 1 child under 6 years old may share the existing bed with parents free of charge.
•
A maximum of 1 child from 6 to under 12 years old may share the existing bed with parents with a surcharge of 20% of one night's room rate.
•
Children aged 12 and above are treated as adults and will incur a surcharge of 40% of one night's room rate (or are required to book their own room).

Our space is for everyone. We welcome guests to visit your room from 7:00 to 22:00 every day. However, we need to see the guest's identification.
In case you need a more comfortable space for your guests or want to add more people to your room. Please contact the front desk for assistance.

Your quiet and comfort space in Amanaki is always our top priority. Therefore, we refuse to accept pets in the hotel. Sorry for this inconvenience.

We are happy to provide an extra bed for your convenience at a surcharge of VND 1,325,000 (USD 50). Please be advised that this option is only available for our Amanaki Sanctuary category.
